Extensive mechanical work has been done: front and rear brake master cylinders overhauled, front and rear brake calipers overhauled, front suspension overhauled, carburetors overhauled with a Keister rebuild kit, wheels refinished in matte black urethane paint, fuel tank de-rusted, and the regulator replaced with a genuine Yamaha part to address the model's known weak point.
