The seller repaired surface rim scratches on all four wheels and touched up scuffs and paint chipping on the spokes to make them less noticeable. There is normal wear from age and storage, but no gouging, no major bends, and no cracks. The wheels held air with no leaks when a tire was mounted for testing. Only the wheels themselves are included; no tires or additional hardware are mentioned as part of the sale.
