This is a genuine Sega PCB for Turbo OutRun, specifically the version used in the cockpit cabinet with 'Shake the Street' as the track on side 1. The included DIP switch chart and wiring diagrams are photocopies, not originals. A special harness for running the board on a combo AV setup is included, custom made by Kyowa International. The seller states the board is broken and does not power on; it is being sold as junk. It reportedly worked until about five years ago, at which point a capacitor went missing and it stopped functioning. The seller is unsure whether the missing capacitor is the sole cause of failure or if there are additional issues.
