This is a Trust 6-speed dog-engagement transmission removed from a JZZ30 Soarer with a modified 2JZ-GTE swap. It comes with a one-off transmission mount/member and includes a Trust 6MT quick shifter along with an Exedy triple-plate clutch. The quick shifter alone is said to be discontinued and hard to find, so it carries significant value on its own. The custom Exedy clutch uses a special-order flywheel; the seller notes the clutch engaged fully and did not slip. All mounting bolts are included, and the propeller shaft has been modified to fit the JZZ30 Soarer. Because this transmission requires a non-stock reverse light switch, one has been wired in aftermarket in place of the OEM switch.
Seller states shifting is stiff and difficult to engage, and reverse will pop out of gear unless held in place; the transmission is not usable as-is and is being sold as junk requiring an overhaul.
Shipping: Confirmed shipping to our Osaka consolidation point is via Seino Transportation at 18,800 JPY. Seino does not deliver to private residences for this item, so it ships to a Seino depot for pickup rather than direct home delivery.
