TOM'S Matsumoto Kiyoshi Super GT Supra Race Car Hood

This is a genuine hood used on the Matsumoto Kiyoshi TOM'S Supra that raced in the GT Championship (now Super GT) around the year 2000. The seller purchased it directly at a TOM'S garage sale. It still shows visible crash damage from its racing use and is signed by driver Shinichi Yamaji, who drove the car; the seller recalls him saying he wished he could keep it himself. The hood has been displayed at the seller's family home for many years. It is made of dry carbon fiber, so it is very light despite its large size, and the underside is noticeably thicker than a standard road car hood due to intake ducting molded into it. The seller states all visible condition is shown in the photos and asks buyers to review them carefully before bidding.
