The item is built to order after payment is received.
Listed as new/unused; it is unpainted gelcoat and has not been fitted or painted.
Shipping: Ships via Seino Unyu freight; the seller cannot deliver to a private residence, so the shipment must go to a business/company name at a Seino depot for pickup. Because the bumper is made to order after payment, expect roughly 1 to 1.5 weeks before it ships.
