Suzuki GSX750S Katana with Yoshioka Sidecar, Unregistered, Documents Included

This is a Suzuki GSX750S Katana motorcycle fitted with a Yoshioka-brand sidecar, sold as an unregistered (未公認) unit. Registration paperwork is complete and the frame/engine stampings are genuine. The seller reports the engine cranks normally and the clutch and front brake work fine, but the rear brake has lost pressure and the gear shift pedal is stiff, sometimes making gears hard to engage; the seller suspects rust in the shift linkage or shaft, though penetrating oil (CRC) improved it somewhat. The bike ran normally until around last August; at the time of listing it briefly fired but would not start due to a weak battery. A new aftermarket clear windscreen has been installed. The underside of the sidecar canopy has numerous stains. Audio and lighting have not been checked, and since the bike has not been disassembled for inspection, minor missing parts may exist. The fuel tank appears to have little rust as far as visible, and a small amount of gasoline is present with no apparent leaks.
