This is a restored Subaru 360 kei car, acquired from an acquaintance and rebuilt by the seller. The vehicle passed Japanese shaken (vehicle inspection) in May and comes with roughly two years of inspection validity remaining. Recorded mileage is 72,156 km, believed to be genuine. Work performed includes brake master cylinder overhaul, front and rear brake cylinder overhaul, fuel tank derusting, fuel cock overhaul, front hub bearing replacement, oil pump overhaul/replacement, oil tank repair/replacement, and replacement of fuel and oil hoses. The exterior appears to have been repainted at some point. A spare tire and a set of four winter tires are included. Fuel type is gasoline, transmission is listed as "other," and there is no maintenance record book. Accident/repair history is unknown to the seller. In-person viewing is possible but the seller has limited availability to accommodate this, and price negotiation is open.
The left cylinder has a stripped spark plug thread causing an oil leak, though the seller says it's fixable with a Heli-Coil; the drive shaft oil seal is also leaking oil but a new replacement seal is included. The rear window is fogged/hazy, obstructing rear visibility.
