Front wheels are 18x8J, 6H PCD139.7, offset +31 (hi-disk); rear wheels are 18x8.5J, same bolt pattern, offset +37 (lo-disk). Tires are Dunlop Direzza DZ102, 225/45R18, manufactured in 2022, with roughly 4.5mm tread remaining on two tires and 5mm on the other two, showing some uneven wear. The seller notes this fitment as a reference for 100/200-series Toyota Hiace and Regius Ace vans, but cautions that modification or tuning may be required and recommends confirming fitment with a specialist shop or dealer before purchase. Wheels have been balanced and cleaned and are said to be ready to mount. Air valves and caps are genuine SSR parts; the center cap retaining bolts are aftermarket stainless.

Seller notes multiple cosmetic flaws across all four wheels including rim scuffs, small scratches, dullness, minor chrome peeling near the pierced bolts, and chrome deterioration on the discs and center caps, but states there is no warping, bending, or cracking. One tire has a scuff on the inner sidewall with no current air leakage, and tread wear is somewhat uneven.
