This is a used set of four SSR Type-C wheels, 16x7J with a +48 offset, PCD 100mm 5-hole fitment, and a hub bore of about 66mm. Made by Speedstar (SSR). No tires are included, wheels only. The seller states there is no bending or cracking, but there are rim scratches, scuffs, some paint peeling, and corrosion/dirt from age and use. Wheels have been stored indoors, which the seller believes limited further deterioration. Buyers wanting near-new condition are advised not to bid, and the seller recommends reviewing the photos closely due to subjective differences in perceived condition.
