Each unit includes an adjustable wastegate actuator. The seller states these were only used for dyno/tuning setup work and have less than 1,000 km of use, with no significant blade damage, play, or oil leaks. They are ball-bearing type turbos, which the seller notes spin much more smoothly than the metal-bearing units Tomei currently sells to cut costs.
