This is a set of four RS Watanabe Eight Spoke aluminum wheels, a long-popular design commonly used on classic Japanese cars and kei cars. The seller previously ran this set on an HA36 Alto Works. Specs: 15 inch diameter, 4-hole pattern, PCD100, offset +40. The wheels are used but the seller says they remain in relatively clean condition with no major scratches or dirt overall; one wheel does have a minor scratch (see photos for detail). Lug nuts are included with the set.
