The seat was originally purchased as a set of two from an auto parts retailer, was swapped out of the seller's car shortly after purchase, and has been stored covered in a closet since. The seller cannot confirm the exact RECARO model designation but believes it is from the LS series based on appearance. The seat has a reclining dial on both sides, so it can be mounted on either the driver or passenger side. Some minor asymmetry seen in photos between the side plastic covers was due to a round patch that had come loose; the seller confirms both sides are actually identical once refitted.
