Tires are included: Goodyear Eagle RS Sport 255/35/18, manufactured in week 10 of 2016. The seller states the tires have no punctures and are fine for normal driving but are old, so buyers should treat them as a bonus rather than a selling point. The wheels were used for about 8 years, most recently on the front of an FD2 Honda Civic Type R that was lowered with roughly 3 degrees of camber, and were used without issue through this past February, including at highway speeds; wheel balance has not been checked.
