All four tires are balanced. The wheels are a size not sold in Japan and intended for overseas markets. Only one wheel is shown in photos since the set is stored indoors, but all four are included. The seller states these fit the Lexus LX570, the redesigned Toyota Tundra (2007-2021), the 2nd generation Toyota Sequoia, and the Land Cruiser 100 and 200.
