This is a Nissan R32 Type M 5-speed manual transmission. The seller had it rebuilt (overhauled) and put it in storage, but is selling it since they no longer need it. At one point the shifter would not engage, so the seller opened the case to inspect; they found the gears and synchros were fine and reassembled it as-is. The shift-linkage parts were found to be worn, so those were replaced with new parts before reassembly. Since the rebuild it has not been used. The seller asks bidders to judge condition from the listing photos.
Yahoo's condition field lists this as having some scratches/dirt (やや傷や汚れあり); internally the seller reports gears and synchros were fine when inspected, with worn shift-linkage parts replaced with new ones during the rebuild.
