This is an OMP-made steering wheel and horn button set, part of a limited edition of 500 units released to commemorate Tommi Makinen's four consecutive World Rally Championship titles (1996-1999), a Ralliart/Mitsubishi tie-in piece numbered NO.38. The previous owner had it mounted on a vehicle for about a year before the current seller acquired it and kept it stored as a collector's item rather than in use. As a used part it shows some wear, and the seller asks buyers to judge exact condition from the photos rather than relying solely on the text description.
Seller notes scratches and dirt ("has scratches and dirt") consistent with roughly a year of prior installation on a vehicle, describing overall condition as comparatively good for a used part.
