The accelerator wire mounting stay and the accelerator return spring are both missing. The heat plate has been bent by the seller due to interference with the exhaust manifold (header). No oil is present in the unit. The seller notes that cleaning and adjustment will likely be needed before installation, and asks buyers to judge overall condition from the photos.
