Mazda BP Piston Set (BPY1-11-SA0A) for AE86/AE92 4A-G "4.5AG" 1666cc Swap

This is a set of pistons from a Mazda BP engine (part number BPY1-11-SA0A), commonly used by AE86/AE92 4A-G owners to build the well-known "4.5AG" 1666cc stroker/bore combination. The seller states these are considered forged and high-strength pistons, and that his engine shop produced many 4.5AG builds using this exact piston, ordering in bulk and matching sets by weight; all pistons in this set share the "16 F" stamp shown in photos. The set includes 4 new pistons, 4 used piston pins, and 8 used piston clips (enough for one engine). Piston tops have been machined by an engine shop to adjust compression ratio for 4A-G use. Piston rings are NOT included and must be sourced separately (Mazda part BPY1-11-SC0). A copy of the relevant engine service manual pages will be included. Important: pin diameter is about 20mm, different from AE86's stock 18mm, so AE92 rods/crank or modified rods are required; this is not a bolt-on fit. Fuel system upgrades (larger injectors, piggyback or standalone ECU) are also required for the increased displacement.

Pistons are new; the pins and clips included are used. Piston crowns have been machined for compression ratio adjustment as part of the 4.5AG build.
