This is a genuine Nissan L-series N42 cylinder head. The previous owner used it when L-type engines were common, then it sat stored in a warehouse afterward. Because it was placed directly on a concrete floor, the aluminum has corroded and shows pitting (described by the seller as "moth-eaten"). The valve-related components were removed without any issues. The seller states there are no cracks and is selling it as-is. In a follow-up note, the seller adds that the cam cover, cam holder, rocker arm adjustment bolts, and spark plug hole threads all came off without problems, though torque was not measured on reassembly - offered for reference only.
