This is a Kawasaki ZX-4, first registered in 1988 (Showa 63), chassis number ZX400G-series, with roughly 23,500 km on the odometer (still in use, so mileage will increase). Shaken (vehicle inspection) is valid through June 2028. About three years ago the top end was overhauled along with the carburetors (synced), fuel pump, sprocket, and chain. The seller regularly uses fuel additives (Shea Luster, Super Zoil), and the front forks were overhauled at a bike shop this past June during shaken renewal, with a new air filter fitted. It currently runs Motul 10W-40 oil, with a titanium coating and Super Zoil treatment applied at the last oil change in July. The bike has been stored in a shuttered garage. Custom additions include mirrors, grip heaters, and a KOSO temperature gauge added because the stock gauge was unreliable. The lot includes several bonus/freebie parts: a KERKER exhaust (for modification use), a WR'S exhaust (for modification use), a spare seat with foam removed, and the original mirrors. Buyer is encouraged to inspect the actual motorcycle before bidding.
Seller notes some scratches and dirt consistent with age and use; one spare key is included.
