This is a Kawasaki Zephyr 400 (model ZR400C), first registered in July 1993 (Heisei 5), being sold by a proxy/agent listing. Odometer reads 36,228 km but the seller notes the meter was replaced at some point, so true mileage is unknown; the vehicle inspection certificate history shows 35,000 km in 2019 and 31,400 km in 2015. The seller purchased this as a non-running bike through a private sale intending to ride it, but bought another bike instead and is now reselling it. A motorcycle shop performed a carburetor overhaul, and the engine now starts and idles stably; a test ride after the overhaul reportedly went well. A new muffler (Waltz brand) has been installed. The speedometer/gauge cluster has not been function-tested.
