Kawasaki Z750FX III (KZ750E) 1982 - Styled as 1-Type, Extensive Mods, Valid Shaken

This is a 1982 Kawasaki Z750FX III (KZ750E) with about 22,314 km on the odometer, no abnormal noise or white smoke reported. The engine has been swapped for a Z750GP unit, giving more power than a stock FX. The bike wears 1-type side covers with an original 1-type-style paint job, giving it a look distinct from a typical FX III. It has a bar-handle conversion for easier riding, an aftermarket 'Z' exhaust pipe (non-upswept, period-correct look), and thick period-correct back-step footpegs. The swingarm is also a period part, possibly Moriwaki, adapted from a Z750GP swingarm and lengthened a few centimeters. A genuine tankless Ohlins rear shock (used only about six months since new) and a new tandem bar are fitted. The seat is a custom tuck-roll seat raised about 10cm. Plugs and oil have been replaced and daily maintenance is complete, so the seller says it is ready to ride. Known issues: the tachometer cable is missing so the gauge does not function; the clutch wire was replaced but is slightly longer than ideal (still new); the accelerator wire is due for replacement as it is currently too long. The front fender is not shown in photos but a matching-color unit is included. Valid Japanese shaken (vehicle inspection) is good until roughly July 2029.

Seller notes minor scratches and dirt (やや傷や汚れあり) consistent with a 40+ year old bike; specific issues include a non-functional tachometer (missing cable), an overlength but new clutch wire, and an accelerator wire that needs replacement.
