Kawasaki W1SA W1S Spec, Fine Tech Fukai Full Overhaul, 650RS W3

This is a Kawasaki W1SA converted to W1S specification (right-side shift, left-side brake), first registered in 1971 with roughly 22,380 km on the odometer and shaken valid to October 2026. The previous owner had it fully overhauled by Fine Tech Fukai in 2018; the current seller bought it in 2020 and has only added about 1,200 km since, owning multiple bikes. The exterior has been repainted and the frame resprayed; the fuel tank has a dent, and chrome parts such as the handlebar, rear suspension, rear fender, light stay, light ring, and taillight bracket show rust. The front fender is stainless steel and the rear fender is a genuine W1SA part. The engine runs well, idling steadily at 600-700 rpm once warmed up, and the suspension and electrical system have been gone through. It retains the now hard-to-find Fine Tech Fukai exhaust pipes and 2-point mount muffler (light scuffs, no rust), along with a VM30 carburetor, BMW fuel petcock, and an aluminum exhaust pipe flange. Uotani ignition coils and a Yuke crank oil filter were fitted during the last inspection. The seller has the original overhaul invoice from the previous owner detailing the parts replaced.

Seller notes scratches and dirt: the repainted exterior has a dent in the tank and rust on several chrome parts (handlebar, rear suspension, fender, light stay/ring, taillight bracket), while the frame is repainted and the engine, suspension, and electricals are in good working order.
