This is a Kawasaki Balius Type 1 (chassis ZR250A-058375), a small 250cc naked motorcycle. Odometer reads 26,601 km. The seller confirms the engine starts and idles fine with no issues in throttle response, though there is slight fuel fouling suggesting the carburetors need an overhaul. Electrical/safety components have been checked and function. Front fork appears straight on visual inspection. The bike is sold as a restoration-base used vehicle purchased from a dealer auction; only a start-up check was performed, with no maintenance or servicing done. A startup video was later added by the seller showing the engine running. Title/registration paperwork is included.
Tires have 3-4mm tread remaining with visible cracking; seat is torn, radiator cover has a large scratch, and there is general scratching, dirt, and rust, with an aftermarket left-side step installed. Seller advises treating this as a restoration-base bike needing maintenance before riding.
