The seller test-fitted the part and found it too long for their application, so it is being sold as unused. One of the included M14 nuts has been lost; the seller believes a substitute nut could be used in its place. Although unused, there are marks on the part from tools used during the trial fitting, which the seller states should not affect functionality.
