Harley-Davidson XLCR1000 Café Racer - Rare Ironhead/Shovelhead AMF Era, Shaken to Feb 2026

This is a Harley-Davidson XLCR1000, the brand's first café racer model, built only in 1977-1978 with roughly 3,000 units produced. It features a bobbed rear fender, bikini fairing, slim styling, and is the first Harley model to omit chrome entirely, finished in a mostly black colorway with a solo seat. First registered in 1987, odometer shows approximately 7,600 km, and Japanese vehicle inspection (shaken) is valid until February 2026. Only one main key is included; no other accessories are included. The shop reports the engine starts and idles normally, revs cleanly, and was road-tested for about 14 km with no issues; oil level and air cleaner are in usable condition, all lights function, and battery voltage tested around 13V after starting. Front tire has about 50% tread remaining and rear about 70%, both free of cracking. Front brake pad has about 3.5mm remaining and rear about 5.7mm. Fork seals have been replaced; no oil leak found in the rear suspension, and the chain was inspected and is usable. Sold as-is, pre-inspection, with no warranty; buyer is encouraged to inspect in person.

Seller notes cosmetic wear throughout including scratches, paint chipping, and dents on the tank, bikini cowl, side covers, chain cover, tail cowl, and exhaust, plus some rust on engine fins and the muffler, all described as consistent with the bike's age. Seat shows light wear and small tears, and the windscreen is discolored with minor scratches but no cracks.
