It was removed shortly after purchase and has been in storage since; the seller is listing it while clearing out their garage. Because it came already installed on the car, the original maker and usage history are unknown. The seller repaired two cracked weld points using TIG welding, as shown in the photos. The rear mounting stay is steel, though the seller no longer recalls its exact purpose. There is scuffing on the underside, and one hole was filled in using TIG welding.
