Valve stems are sold as-is; the seller recommends planning to replace them. The wheels were removed from a Toyota Prius ZVW30 (October 2012, grade S, 2WD) but the listing states they also fit the Toyota 86 (ZN6/ZN8) and Subaru BRZ (ZD8). No tires are included.
