The seller grades the wheels C (good condition): there are some scratches and paint chipping, but no distortion or cracks, and they are usable for driving. Mounted are TOYO J14 tires sized 185/70R13 86S, manufactured 1995-1997 with about 6.5mm of tread remaining; the seller grades these E (junk) and notes the tires are old and have no air, recommending replacement before use. Listed fitment includes Vitz, Roadster (Miata), and Civic, though the seller cautions that some vehicles may require modification for proper fitment and advises confirming compatibility with a shop before bidding.
