These are described as period/vintage Japanese-made wheels. The seller notes no visible warping or cracks in the wheel structure itself, but the chrome/plating finish is cracked and there are minor surface scratches. The center cap bolts do not include their dedicated retaining nuts, so the buyer will need to remove those bolts after purchase. The seller suggests treating this set as a restoration base rather than a ready-to-mount set.
