This is a Defi Racer Gauge turbo boost meter, 52mm diameter, white face, reading -100kPa to +200kPa. The seller used it for about 10 years and says it worked fine right up until removal last month. Everything included is shown in the photos. The case exterior and meter face have no major scratches, but show wear consistent with a decade of use; since the meter cover is not glass, close inspection may reveal minor dirt or scuff marks. The factory hose had degraded and was replaced with a Toyota OEM hose about 5 years ago, which the seller says is still soft and pliable.
