The lot includes the turbo, wiring harness, and catalytic converter. The seller reports no sludge, that compression tested OK (readings of roughly 1.11 / 1.10 / 1.11 / 1.09 across the four cylinders), and that it passed an extended run test. A reinforced engine mount is included. Noted issues: the head cover gasket has deteriorated and other seals will need replacing, iron components show surface rust, the catalytic converter cover bolts are corroded, and one intake hose is missing from the lot.
