This is a Vortex rear double over fender kit designed for the Lancer Evolution (CT9A) chassis. The seller originally intended to install it but is selling instead of doing so. The rear side is sold as-is on the assumption the buyer will repair it: one side is missing its mesh/net insert, so a generic aftermarket mesh will need to be substituted. The main points of concern are the mounting/attachment area of the double over fender and the mesh section. The seller states that what is shown in the photos is everything included.
