This is a set of aftermarket wide front fenders for the CT9A/CT9W Lancer Evolution, sold as a left and right pair. Each side widens the body by roughly 15-20mm. There is no manufacturer markings on the fenders. They were removed from a Cool Silver Metallic Evo 8. The seller notes paint deterioration along with scratches and cracks, and states that repainting and some repair work will likely be necessary. Buyers are advised to review the photos for exact condition.
