It was used with the soft top and also fit under the hardtop, though center-lock hardtop fitment was tight. The seller is selling it due to a setup change. The bar pads included should be considered basic protective padding rather than certified safety pads, and no backing/reinforcement plates are included. The seller also notes that when used in the NB with a bucket seat, the seat ended up sitting slightly further forward than stock.
