Finish is silver and they are Japanese-made. The seller notes slight measurement variance is possible. No tires are included; this is wheels only. All photos are said to show the actual condition of the item.
Seller describes some scratches, dirt, and corrosion consistent with light wear; buyers are advised to review the photos closely for exact condition.
