AE111 4AG 20V (5-Valve) Overhauled High-Compression Engine - Oversize Pistons, TODA/ARP/Nakayama Racing - AE86

This is a rebuilt AE111 4A-GE 5-valve (20V) engine built as a light-tune, high-compression setup. The pistons were bored 0.5mm over stock size (three used, one new) and paired with a TODA Racing 0.8mm head gasket for higher compression; the head surface has not been machined by the seller, though it may have been resurfaced previously by someone else. The timing belt is a used TODA reinforced unit in good working condition, and the cam pulley is also a used TODA Racing slide unit. One of the two half-moon crank keys (a known 4A-G weak point) has been machined/reinforced. Upgrades include Nakayama Racing reinforced crank cap bolts, ARP reinforced connecting rod bolts, reinforced main/rod bearings, ported intake, and new TODA Racing valve springs; the camshaft itself remains stock, though a cam swap can be arranged for an additional fee. All wear items and seals were replaced with new factory parts (piston rings, valve stem seals, timing tensioner and bearing, crank pulley bolt, head cover gasket set, water bypass hose/gasket). The oil pump was overhauled for increased oil pressure, and the water pump and head bolts are new OEM parts. Additional work performed includes block bead-blasting, crank lapping, valve timing and shim adjustment (within +/-0.02mm), and painted head cover/block.

Seller states the engine was fully overhauled with no notable flaws other than a small chip on the crank pulley, visible in the listing photos. The timing belt and cam pulley are used TODA parts but are said to be in good working condition.

Shipping: Ships nationwide via Seino Unyu on a freight-collect (chakubarai) basis; individual buyers must pick up from their local Seino depot. Direct pickup from the seller is also welcomed as an alternative to shipping.
