Seller grades wheels C (good condition): all four wheels have rim scratches and paint peeling, but no visible warping or cracks; safe for road use. Tires graded E (junk) due to age and significant cracking; seller recommends replacement before use. Tires are 2013 manufacture with center tread depth 3.4–7.0 mm. Includes air valves and caps; center caps missing. Bolts, nuts, and hub rings not included.
